Are you a Finance professional passionate about making a difference? REACH for Equity is seeking a Finance and Grants Manager who will be based in Chiang Mai and is responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring robust financial planning, compliance, and reporting across all projects and partner organizations, budgeting and financial reporting processes, ensures full alignment with donor regulations and organizational policies. The Finance Manager provides technical leadership, supports internal and external audits, strengthens partner financial capacity, and works closely with the Head of Finance & Grants to enhance financial systems and mitigate financial risks. The role requires strong coordination with program and partner teams, effective cross-functional collaboration, and periodic travel to field offices to ensure sound financial oversight and capacity building. This position will report to Head of Finance and Grants.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce. ACCA, CPA or CIMA qualified is preferred
- At least 5-10 years’ experience in related position with accounting and project financial management experience
- Advanced knowledge of excel, as well as understanding of word-processing, and power point
- Exposure to NGO work is a plus
- Knowledge and experience in the use of accounting software, mainly Sun system
- Excellent organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills
- Experience of working in a multicultural, low-resource setting
- Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to establish priorities in a time sensitive environment and meet deadlines with strong attention to consistency, detail, and quality
