About Us
Steps runs training and education centres in Bangkok for young people living with neurodiversity. We place a strong focus on empowering our learners to understand their identity, to be able to self-advocate for their needs, to develop transferable skills, and to exit our programme equipped with knowledge of the accommodations they need to be successful in the future.
Job Description
- Build a strong understanding of each learner’s individual learning and working profile, and support them to grow in confidence, independence, life skills, and readiness for the future
- Design and deliver learning and work experience sessions in line with the Steps approach, ensuring learning outcomes are clear, accessible, engaging, and relevant to trainees’ real lives and future pathways
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to plan sessions, create accessible resources, provide appropriate support and accommodations, and set meaningful individual goals with and for learners
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inclusive education, teaching, or supporting neurodivergent learners
- Working proficiency in English communication skills
- Skills in designing teaching resources (e.g., digital skills)
Preferred Qualifications
- Inclusive education training
- Experience working collaboratively with professionals
- A degree in Inclusive Education, Disability Studies, Psychology, or a related field
